Product Description
law enforcement boat ship type high performance
High performance mainly includes excellent navigation safety performance, wave resistance, maneuverability, endurance performance and excellent performance of shipboard equipment.
The navigation safety performance of law enforcement boats mainly includes integrity stability, damage stability and wind resistance. For the requirements of integrity and stability, most law enforcement ships can still retain a certain safety margin on the basis of meeting the requirements of the specification. Breakage stability refers to the ability of the ship to maintain a certain degree of buoyancy and stability after damage occurs, and most of the newly designed ship types can still meet the stability requirements of single-cabin damage, which is more stringent than the new specification (probability method), so most ship types also have a certain margin on the basis of meeting the damage stability specification. Wind resistance then becomes the focus of the problem.
The wind resistance mainly reflects the safety performance of the hull itself in the case of strong winds. Under normal circumstances, the wind resistance level of ocean-going law enforcement ships needs to reach level 12, while the wind resistance level of offshore law enforcement ships needs to reach level 10. As mentioned above, when the displacement is 5000 tons and above and the wind area on the water is appropriate, the ship type can meet the requirements of resisting 12 wind. For ships with a displacement of 1000~3000 tons, this problem is more prominent, and their wind resistance is mostly between 10~12. Then how to improve the wind resistance under the condition of the main scale and limited displacement? The most effective means is to control the side wind area of the hull above the waterline.
For example, the American legendary class has a small wind area on the side above the waterline. A huge cabin shed and chimney are arranged in the middle of the hull to meet the requirements of its high-power main engine. The rear part is equipped with hangars, helicopter take-off and landing platforms and high-speed law enforcement boats. The front superstructure area is very short, so the driving area and necessary functional rooms are deducted, the remaining area that can be used to decorate living, dining, entertainment, office and other functional rooms is very small, but the ship can accommodate 108 people. If the wind area of the side above the waterline is smaller, the structure of the superstructure area is less and the center of gravity of the hull will be lowered, which can not only improve the stability of the hull, but also help to improve the wind resistance of the hull. The measures to reduce the wind area on the side above the waterline mainly include: optimizing the overall layout, reducing unnecessary rooms, merging some rooms and reducing the living space on the ship. Therefore, how to reasonably control the wind area of the side of the law enforcement ship above the waterline is a problem that needs to be paid attention to when designing a new law enforcement ship.
