3 times a year after the handover of the ship, once half a year outside the warranty period, to track the use of the ship and provide timely support services;
Provide training to users on operation, maintenance and maintenance during ship handover and repair to avoid improper operation and maintenance;
After receiving the customer complaint, respond within 2 hours and negotiate with the user on the maintenance matters. In principle, the customer will arrive at the site for maintenance within 48 hours in the province and 72 hours outside the province.
